Banana Peanut Butter Bread
Great bread! No modifications except I took it out of the oven 20 minutes early and let it completely cool in the pan. It's wonderful and the PB doesn't overwhelm you - it's just in the background. Very good.

Baked Ziti III
Awesome recipe! I did mix the sour cream and pasta together as one person suggested before putting it into the casserole dish. Best baked ziti I've ever had.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes
very good, just like mom used to make. if you're looking for something with tons of flavor, this recipe is not for you though.
