Coq au Vin alla Italiana
Delicious! Dinner-party worthy and impressive without too much trouble. I too used chicken breast instead of dark meat.

Paul Bunyan Burgers
very good burger. Be careful of the picky eaters who don't care for onions and mushrooms though...not too easy to pick them out of the middle of a burger.

Southern Grits Casserole
Even though the flavor of this dish is good,it was time consuming to make. After making the grits,sausage and scrambled eggs in pans separately,it seemed silly to mix together and dirty another dish,then wait for it to bake. Maybe I was just hungry.
