Country Crunch Pancakes
Just fixed these for breakfast and they were a big hit with hubby and the kids! I substituted 2% milk with a little over 2 tblsp vinegar for the buttermilk. Not something I would fix everyday, very sweet, but it made Sunday breakfast extra special!

French Bread
I got lots of compliments on this bread...and it looked beautiful too! I used 5 teaspoons of yeast and a cup less flour. I also added some garlic and onion powder and a tablespoon of butter in the dough...gave it a good flavor. Next time I may make 4 smaller, thinner loaves...more like baguettes.

Corn Dogs
My kids LOVE these and request them often. I use the long wooden skewers (for Kabobs) and just break them into..works great. I'm going to try heating the hot dogs before because if the temp is right it doesn't take long for the batter for brown. Very tasty!!
