Pork-Potato Meatballs
Very good - these are light and savory and with the omission of the bread crumbs, gluten free. We like them with egg noodles and rice, and I'll bet spetzle would be great, too.

Soft Christmas Cookies
These were great - so easy to work with. I followed the advice to use 3C flour, roll the dough with sugar and I used almond extract instead of vanilla.

Italian White Bean Chicken
Great basic recipe - definitely needs salt! Also added more garlic. substituted green beans for zucchini and thighs for breasts.
