Beer Pancakes
These pancakes had a very thick texture. They had a distinctive beer smell, but the flavor was sweet. Mine may have been thinner if I had sifted the flour. I would never make them again. I tried this recipe b/c I didn't have any buttermilk and it seems as every other pancake recipe calls for buttermilk.

New Potatoes with Caper Sauce
Delicious! Beats boring ole mashed potatoes anytime in taste and appearance. We served with Christmas dinner with beef tenderloin. Excellent-

BLT Bow Tie Pasta Salad
So very tasty! This salad is eye-catching because of the pasta, lettuce and tomato. I added a little extra bacon, because, well, more bacon is always better!
