Pink Lemonade Pie
I grew up eating this and making this.Always delicious and always a hit.Make according to recipe and you won't have any problems, except you may run out of pie before you get a piece. If you make it during extreme hot weather...yep it will run but it is still delicious.

Soft Baked Custard
Delicious and easy! I like to make this late night and enjoy while watching tv.Not to much egg like most custards.Do not cut the sugar, there is very litle in it to start with and make sure to use whole milk. Bake in custard cups.

Butter Cookies I
the cookie itself is not bad. However it is a bit hard, prefer a chewy cookie.I think some baking soda or baking powder might help with the problem. It does need some flavor.Original batch was cooked as the recipe said, second batch cooked with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and butter flavoring and the result was much better.A softer cookie with a rich butter flavor.
