Black Bean Vegetable Soup
This soup came out good, and I am a terrible cook. I used 3 cans of veggie stock after reading that in several reviews. I accidentally added 2 cans of tomatoes instead of one but it was delicious. Added a bunch of chopped jalepenos because I prefer spicy food.

Slow Cooker Stuffing
This is a great recipe! I didn't change a thing, except I used vegetarian broth and added just a bit more than the recipe called for (maybe half a can). Everyone loved it!

Becki's Oven Barbecue Chicken
This was fabulous! I changed it a little to adjust to my family's taste. I used 1/2 the ketchup as recommended by other cooks and added hot sauce and garlic to the sauce. Also, I sprinkled seasoned salt on the wings. I prepared them the night before and let them marinade overnight. I used the oven method but cooked them for a full hour. They were great as leftovers too, so make extra! Definitely use foil in your pan...
