I am a stay at home mom for the last 3 years. In my life before I taught middle school special education. I enjoy trying new things and with the 2 kids to keep me busy I try to keep my cooking on the easy side. But I do like to always try something new. successfully making lefse for my family. it's a tradition that just isn't carried on by anyone now that the elders are gone! It's time for new cooks in the kitchen! I've made some pretty terrible things. but you gotta try to learn right?
