Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Have been making this recipe for a couple of years, it is very good. I substitute apple sauce for the oil and only use 1/2 of the sugar.

Beer Butt Chicken

wow, I have making this recipe for a couple of years now and didn't realize I never reviewed it. This is a great recipe to use on the grill and also in the oven at 350 for close to 2 hours. I bought 2 holders at the store that holds the cans and then place the chicken on top. I rub spices on chicken skin and roll up balls of tin foil to stuff into the opening on top of the chicken. My family loves this chicken. Thanks for sharing!!!

Margarita Dip

Made this on Saturday and really liked it. I didn't mix it long enough before adding whipped cream so make sure you mix it well. I served it with nila wafers and pretzels. It wasn't overly sweet so I don't know why people said that. Will definitely make it again. Thanks for sharing!
