Easy Roasted Pork
Used pork tenderloin roast and baked it in lidded Corning Ware dish instead of oven bag. Very moist and tasty. Will definitely make again and again.

Busy Night Turkey Taco Soup with Avocado Cream
Super easy and very good on a cold, snowy night. Used rotisserie chicken, and creamed corn since that's what I had. Served with corn bread. Definitely will make again--one of our favorites.
