Grew up on a working ranch and learned to cook from my mother. Cooked for harvest crew's and hay crew. Married young and have 4 grown children and great grand kids. Cheesecakes, Italian, and just good basic food. Large dinners at Holiday times. Personal chef to a fammily from Mexico a few years ago until I had my stroke. I did many great dishes for them to their taste. Also cooked for a diabetic and until they passed on, they were very pleased with their meals. Making applesauce and burned the pot beyond repair. Made a batch of rolls and they were like bricks. At present,I am recreating a muffin recipe and I just about have it..The taste is there but need to be a bit more moist.
