I am a mother of 2. Married. I was born in Pennsylvania, moved to Texas when I was 19. Livied there for 6 years. Came back home. While living in TX I got a lesson is real southern cookin' Home made Pizza, Tacos, Spaghetti, Chili, Meatloaf, Brownies, Fudge and Cookies. My first turkey. When I made my first turkey our oven was not the best. The bottom coils did not work, so I only had the top to work with. So I kept basting it every 10 minutes. Much to my surprise it turned out to be very good. It was a little dry on the top, but no one complained. When I was 8 or 9 I had wanted to make my dad a nice dinner. Maccaroni, meat and sauce my mom calls it. Well, I mixed it ALL togeher, uncooked. Yeah. Needless to say we ordered pizza that night.
