Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
I used fresh mushrooms, red wine instead of water, and ground beef (as it was all I had on hand). Very nice flavour, we will definitely keep this recipe around and use it again.

Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake
The cake was really nice and moist! I used dried cranberries and the taste was still great. The only thing I would change would be to add more nuts the next time around.

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley
This was nice. I added sliced almonds, used frozed green beans and baby carrots. If you're looking for a way to get in your veggies, this is a good option.
