I'm a college student right now, so my cooking supplies are limited. It provides the opportunity to get together with friends though, and borrow their kitchens. I do a lot of baking because it's fun and easy, and I rarely have to make mu own meals. I also love soups and goulash. I have a friend who got me into cajun food, which is fun Every year, we make my dad a pineapple upsidedown cake. My grandmother also has an easter cake recipe that involves a lot of eggs and about which she is rather finicky. I stayed up all night once making chocolate eclairs. I've also made a few decent batches of truffles. The first time I tried making fudge on my own, the whole mess burned to the pot.
