Made this dish tonight and it was FABULOUS. I used Itailan breadcrumbs instead of plain but omitted the extra spices the recipe called for. I did everything else as listed. I was surprised at how flavorfull this recipe was and will be making this a regular meal in our home (especially since my toddler ate it up..usually the only way we can get her to eat chicken is if they are nuggets)! I have been making this for months now and it is delicious. My toddler LOVES it. I use taco seasoning instead of the chili powder and sour crean instead of miracle whip. I also use Colby and Jack cheese and use WAY more than the recipe calls for!!! This is one of those recipes you can change up to suit your taste. Thanks for sharing.

This was delicious. I took some of the others advice and used 16 ou spaghetti noodles...I used one 15 ou jar regular Cheez Wiz and added a can of mild rotel(we don't do spicy stuff:)to give it the Mexi twist it originally called for. Instead of browning the chicken I boiled it in water with garlic powder. It was just to our liking. Our 21 month old loved it. Thanks for the recipe.
