Frozen Chocolate Pie

This was SO easy and SO delicious! It tastes like a fancy ice cream cake! My kids went crazy for it! I added 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips as a topping. I will definitely be making this again and again and again! Thanks!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Very yummy! I do add brown sugar, too, like a few other reviewers have mentioned. My family loves these! I also like to top these with mini Reese's peanut butter cups.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

My husband and kids went crazy for this dish! I, however, thought it was just a *little* too bland. Good, but not great. I followed the directions exactly, didn't change a thing. I will definitely make it again, but I'll just add more seasoning/sauce for more of a kick.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

SOOOO GOOD! My husband (the chocolate-lover) said it was the best chocolate cake he's ever had! The ONLY thing I changed was that I used 1/2 cup of oil instead of 1 cup. Other than that, I followed the directions as stated. I topped it with the chocolate buttercream frosting found on this site. YUMMY!

Pig Pickin' Cake

Just made this yesterday for the first time. I followed the recipe EXACTLY and it turned out AMAZING! SOOOO moist and fluffy and creamy. My hubby and kids went crazy for it. This one is definitely going in my recipe box!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Amazing cookies! I substituted 1/2 cup butter for the shortening and added 1/2 tsp. more cinnamon (personal preference). They were SOOO delicious! Definitely the only oatmeal raisin cookie recipe I'll ever need!
