About this Cook
I am a stay at home to 3 kiddos. In my spare time I am in the kitchen cooking and baking anything and everything. I love trying new recipes and the kids love helping me.
My favorite things to cook
Anything that tastes good!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Don't really have any.
My cooking triumphs
When I first started baking and cooking I would always OVER cook things because I was so nervous that I would under cook them. Now everything is cooked to PERFECTION!
My cooking tragedies
Hmmm I don't know there were so many dishes that I REALLY OVER cooked! I can't really think of one that sticks out more than the others!!

Slow Cooker Roast Beef
This was a very tasty dish! I did alter it just a tad. I only used 1/4 cup of soy sauce and instead of adding water I used beef broth! I cooked on low for 10 hours with carrots, potatoes, and celery. The last 1/2 hour I thickened the liquid with cornstarch!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
The whole family really liked this recipe! It was very simple and it made the house smell amazing! I cooked a 2 lb roast (instead of a 3 lb) at 325 degrees for 45 minutes and it was done to perfection! Will definately make again!
