Mexican Meatloaf
My husband and I were nervous when it came out of the oven, but it was delicious. It was tough to roll the loaf, but worth the trouble.

Filet with a Merlot Sauce
Fabulous recipe. I used Filet Mignon instead of tenderloin. Remember to use a wine that you like, because the taste intensifies the more you cook it down.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops
This recipe was excellent. It took a lot longer to cook then expected. I removed the pork chops and turned the heat up to high evaporate the water. I agree with the other reviewers that the lid should be removed. My husband loved it.
