I made this biscotti for a Tuscan themed Christmas Eve dessert. This is a perfect Christmas biscotti with the plump red cranberries and the green pistachios. So festive for the holidays! I used 1 cup of pistachios and 1 cup of orange infused cranberries and added 1/2 tsp. of orange citrus oil to the recipe. I also formed 3 logs instead of 2 and it made 4" long biscotti.
