Very good. I didn't make the filling, I used cream cheese filling instead. Everyone loved it. I didn't find it difficult to make.

Fruit 'n' Spinach Salad
Excellent. I didn't have a star fruit. I used orange peel instead of lemon and squeezed the juice from the orange.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Used homemade ham broth for the water and added some shredded carrot. Excellent.
