Beef Tips and Noodles
This recipe was GREAT!!! I followed the recipe exactly with a few alterations. I seasoned the meat with garlic salt, pressed garlic, sea salt and pepper. I chopped an onion and put it into the mixture. I also sauteed fresh mushrooms in white wine, pressed garlic, olive oil and butter before adding to the beef tip mixture. I was worried that the tips would could come out tough, but that wasn't the case at all!! The meat was tender and delicious! Instead of egg noodles, I paired the dish with garlic mashed potatoes and blanched green beans. Everyone LOVED IT!!!! Thanks for the recipe, I'll definitely use it again!!
