Great easy recipe! I'm always looking for new and simple chicken dinners, and this did the trick, at least for my husband. He enjoyed it, although my two-year-old daughter was not a fan of the mushroom flavor.

FABULOUS. I wanted to make a really tasty icecream cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday party, and I was prepared to spend a lot of time and effort doing it! But I came across this recipe, and wow am I glad that I did! It was a definite hit, with kids and adults! I got so many compliments! One woman working at the party told me that she has done 8 parties a week for about a year, and this was the best cake she had ever tasted. Everyone who tried it RAVED about it. And it was SOOOO easy. My two-year-old could even help me make it! I substituted caramel for the top layer of fudge, and added crushed oreos to the middle layer. Delicious!!! The only problem was decorating the cake...cool whip is very slippery when frozen!

This is the best cake I have ever made! And it may be the best cake I've ever tasted. I'd give this 10 stars if I could!

This was really good and very easy! I substituded sour cream for the mayo and didn't have any mushrooms or pimentos. It was a meal that my 17-month-old daughter, meat-loving husband and I (who is not a meat lover) all enjoyed.

I wanted to try this recipe as a change from my famous tuna noodle casserole. After reading the other reviews, I decided to spice up this one by using sour cream instead of milk, adding a little butter and whipping cream, and sauteing both onions and carrots before adding them to the casserole. I also used just a dash of Morton's Nature's Seasons. Turned out great!
