These were excellent! I made them for a cookout with friends. No leftovers! The pickiest eater of the group said that it was the best burger she had ever had. Per other suggestions, I omitted the egg and added 1 TBS worcestershire sauce and just a bit of onion powder. Perfect!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup

This is a favorite at our house. My husband and children request it often. I always omit the mushrooms and sub. cream of chicken for the cream of mushroom. Very good recipe. Thanks

Coconut Cream Cake I

This cake is incredible! I followed the recipe as written and it was exactly what I had been looking for. If you are a fan of coconut, you must try this recipe! I took it to a party and had no left overs, even the kids loved it. Thanks to the reviewer who said you can find the coconut cream in the mixed drink section of the grocery store. I wouldn't have been able to find it without that tip!

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

This was a wonderful cake! My daughter requested a strawberry cake for her birthday. I am not a fan of the boxed strawberry mix so I decided to try this one, and I am so glad I did. I followed the suggestions of other reviewers (sift flour before measuring, add egg whites at the end) I used cream cheese icing, and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Super moist and great strawberry flavor!
