My recipe was modified by adding 1 tablespoon of gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup of boiling water. And replace heavy cream with lightly whipped cream by folding the cream into the well mixed cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and gelatine mixture . I also swirled in some fresh mango cubes to give it a tangy flavour!
