I am an insurance broker by trade, and have 7 kids, 4 steps and 3 of my own. No particular favorite, but love spending the day in my kitchen, cooking soups, stews, anything that takes a lot of time and affection to perfect. Big New Years Eve dinner, and cheatin' chinese for boxing day. Rice balls, big hit at function last summer. South African lamb recipe I got from a friend. Absolutely wonderful. I have always hated lamb, the only thing I wouldn't eat. Am now a convert. burnt baked beans. uuugggg.!
