Classic Spanish Sangria
I made this for a summer party and it was gone within 15 minutes!! It was so yummy! Watch out if you use soft fruit (strawberries, plums, etc.), they are lethal!!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
I would give this 10 stars if I could! It was WONDERFUL! It's my favorite recipe on this site by far! And it's so easy to make. I pretty much followed the recipe exactly, but used italian seasoning instead of thyme because that's all I had. I served it with spinach mushroom risotto and it was to die for! The leftovers were even better! My whole house smelled like a fine dining experience! Thank you for this recipe! It will be in our weekly rotation!

Bloody Mary Chicken
I was really skeptical about this recipe after seeing the two ingredients, but it came out WONDERFUL!! I did add a green pepper, half a onion and some mushrooms...and used spicy bloody mary mix. This is a keeper!!
