Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Simple, and good. Served it with a pesto linguini and they were great together.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Easy, delicious, a hit with everyone. Followed the ingredients exactly with much success. Pounded out the breasts between two sheets of wax paper until very thin to make room for the all ham and cheese.

Shrimp Pad Thai
I followed the directions to a tee and came out not so lucky... turned out terrible unfortunately.
