Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash

WOW!!! This is GREAT. The only hard part is cutting and pealing the squash but it is well worth it. I did double the garlic as another suggested and I baked a bit longer - - to get the top crispy. Next time I will put under the broiler for a min or two. This was so good - i could have eaten this as the entire meal. thanks for the recipe.

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

It is GREAT - but you must like blue cheese (which i do) - - i used fat fee cream cheese. I served with crackers and celery. It is a great South Beach Diet option when using the celery.

Spinach Cheese Pie

I sauteed butter / garlic and onions - a great added flavor. I also added one egg - just seemed to need it. This is a fantastic recipes - very easy and loved by my hubby and my dad, both of whom do not like spinach. I even used fat free ricotta and made no difference. next time i will also use reduced fat cheddar.

Lip-Smackin Bar-B-Q Chicken Bake (lighter recipe)

WOW - very good and easy. I would agree with a previous reviewer that this is a keeper - we always have the ingredients in the pantry. My 4yr old and 2 yr old even loved it. Next time I will cook up some red onions with the chicken and BBQ sauce.

I thought this was great -- i used a store crust (which was fine) and added 2 tbl of sour cream and sprinkled with parm. cheese before adding the top layer. It was great and easy

OK - I have to admit that I only used this recipes for the frosting which was better then great!!! I used boxed red velvet cake. Given how good the frosting was I will take the time to do the cake.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

great topping - make sure to trim the meat really good. I will try on chicken next time - my husband is not a big fan of pork. As I was chopping the large onion, I thought it seemed like an awful lot of onions but I sauteed the onions extra long which made them very sweet. Not too many onions at all. I used only red grape tomatos (cheaper). This really was great and easy.

Taste is awsome but i used margerine vs butter - do not do this - the butter is needed to help keep in a ball form. I will make again with butter

best ceasar salad ever - anchovies are a must - they give it a great taste. you would not even know they were in there if someone did not tell you - you would just think - wow this is great
