Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
WOW!!! This is GREAT. The only hard part is cutting and pealing the squash but it is well worth it. I did double the garlic as another suggested and I baked a bit longer - - to get the top crispy. Next time I will put under the broiler for a min or two. This was so good - i could have eaten this as the entire meal. thanks for the recipe.
