Southwest Pasta Bake
My husband loved this recipe, and I liked it okay...the spinach & picante flavor combination was a little weird for me! It was a good hearty meal for a cold night, and not a bad way to get veggies, meat, and grains all in one dish.

Barbecued Beef
The sauce was a little vinegar-y, and mine DEFINITELY didn't need to cook for 10 hours, 8 was PLENTY!

Bifana
This is my husband's favorite dish I make!! If it were up to him, we'd have it once a week. It makes the house smell delicious. I cook it with a mixture of strawberries and mango instead of the rhubarb and sugar.
