Apple Enchiladas

Very good! Tastes like you slaved in a kitchen all day! Easy and inexpensive to make. Took to work and got rave reviews, which made me feel great especially since I usually make everything homemade. No one knew I made if from scratch. Made the night before, cooked half-way. Let it sit on counter covered overnight, then finished cooking in the morning before work. A prize recipe!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Spicy and flavorful! Will cut cayenne pepper and cumin in half. Ate leftovers with Lime tortilla chips--wonderful! Definetly a keeper!

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

Good cake! A little hard to check for doneness because of choc.chips but worth it. Dusted with powdered sugar instead of glaze. I thought glaze would be too sweet. Got many complients!

Delighfully delicious! I must agree that the brown sugar topping adds that special something! I did decrease amount of pecans and it was just enough. Definitely worth trying.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Good taste but jello set lopsided. Not very fond of strawberries in jello. Will try without fruit next time. Maybe even another flavor of jello. Pretzel crust did not become soggy.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These were good! This is the taste I've been looking for.The melted butter definitely adds flavor. I scaled the recipe down to 4 since it was just me and made 3 jumbo pancakes and the recipe came out not great but excellent. I'm impressed!

Baked Vegetables I

These were the best vegetables I've had in a long time. Because of previous comments, I cut my potatoes into smaller chunks but I ended up overcooking vegetables slightly. They were still good. Also added green & red peppers and cauliflower.

Baked Ziti I

Very good! Beefaroni with a lasagne twist. Added red crushed pepper,basil,oregano and pinch of sugar. Maybe add italian sausage next time. There will be a next time, many of them!
