Excellent cookie! You will get rave reviews. Added 1/4 c flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda and less 1/2 tsp salt as previous suggested. Yummy!

West Coast Cod and Shrimp

This is really good! After reading other reviews, I doubled the sauce. It took a little tweaking to adjust the seasoning to my liking - I added red crushed pepper for spice and extra butter for richness. Served with rice and heavily seasoned green beans. Again, very good!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

Very, very good! I usually don't do well with broiled chicken but this time I baked it for about 15 minutes first then broiled. Extremely flavorful,juicy and easy preparation. Seasoned with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and Pepper first, then put in fridge for about an hour. Combined butter, garlic, parsley and thyme and put in microwave for 45 seconds then brushed mixture over chicken and under skin.(I used chicken pieces) All I can say is Oh my this is good!!

Apple Enchilada Dessert

Outstanding dessert! Made once for co-workers and is now a special requests! Easy to make and tastes like you worked really hard! Used low-carb tortillas and served with low-carb ice cream. No one tasted difference of tortillas until I told them.
