Beer Brisket

Excellent! I did cut back on pepper but other than that it was made as directed. Doubled sauce. It was different than standard gravy but very good. Used toohpics to kep onions on top of meat. Meat was very tender and juicy

Mandarin Pork Roast

Very good. Used Western-Style ribs instead of roast. Very tender and juicy. Taste was different for us but good. Went a little lighter on the mandarin oranges due to uncertainity of taste. Will definitely make again

West Coast Cod and Shrimp

This is really good! After reading other reviews, I doubled the sauce. It took a little tweaking to adjust the seasoning to my liking - I added red crushed pepper for spice and extra butter for richness. Served with rice and heavily seasoned green beans. Again, very good!

Glazed Pork Chop

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Delicious! Can't go wrong. Different look than the traditional sweet potatoes but great taste. Sometimes I make with nuts, sometimes without. Either way, the taste is great!

Dinah-you really got something good here! These were wonderful. I used crabmeat and also low-carb bread crumbs! They taste like restaurant quality! We used as side dish. Thanks again!
