Beer Brisket
Excellent! I did cut back on pepper but other than that it was made as directed. Doubled sauce. It was different than standard gravy but very good. Used toohpics to kep onions on top of meat. Meat was very tender and juicy

Antipasto Pasta Salad
Delicious and flavorful. Used Zesty Italian for more flavor

Mandarin Pork Roast
Very good. Used Western-Style ribs instead of roast. Very tender and juicy. Taste was different for us but good. Went a little lighter on the mandarin oranges due to uncertainity of taste. Will definitely make again
