Chicken Pot Pie IX
Excellent with the changes I made. Brown chicken in olive oil, set aside and cut into cubes. Sauted onion in olive oil and butter. Followed others directions and doubled the sauce. Did not double the spices. Cooked vegetables in chicken stock. Used 3 small potatos, carrots and green beans. Added 1/2 tsp of garlic powder instead of the celery seed. Mixed everything before putting it to the pie crust. Baked at 375 for 45 minutes. Perfect!
