Crab Quiche I

I give it 4 stars because my husband and I have very different impressions of this; he didn't care for it and I absolutely love it. To him the egg & crab didn't meld well with the seasonings, I thought the flavors popped nicely.

Onion Mustard Buns

My husband would give this five stars, but I'm giving it four. Pros: very easy, very tasty, nice texture. Cons: Goes stale quicker than many homemade roll recipe. If you have a small family, just make enough for that night and you'll have a treat!

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

Wow! What a treat for the taste buds. With the cajun mayonnaise you don't need any ketchup or mustard. I served mine with fresh red leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomatoes, and a side of spicy tortilla chips.

Big Smokey Burgers

What outstanding burgers! This is going to become a regular in our house. I thought the liquid smoke was perfect. My husband's comment was that he found the grocery store sold chopped chipotles in adobo, so next time I'll buy that and skip having to chop the peppers.
