My favorite thing is to bake- anything with chocolate. Love brownies!

We are only a new family- so just starting them now. Although we do thanksgiving dinner here every year (not a holiday in Ireland)

Made Nigela Lawson's Chocolate Cake for dessert at Easter dinner- WOW! It was good and looked goregeous.

Christmas Cake
Everyone loved this. I made about 4 weeks before Xmas- wrapped it up good and tight and every week I would open it and poke wholes in it with a toothpick and pour a cap full of brandy over it. I don't eat Christmas cake but everyone loved it. Said it was so moist and tastey.

Crab Quiche Bake
I will definitly do this again- it was so big I cut it up - froze it and got 5 nights of dinner out of it! And it was so yummy and light!

Orange Sherbet Salad I
Not so nice - I had to use frozen yogurt because they don't have orange sherbert here.
