Banana Sour Cream Bread
Wonderful recipe. I used 8oz fat-free sour cream and 8oz lite sour cream, and it was very moist. Sprayed pans with Pam and then sprinkled 1/2 the sugar mixture on bottom and sides. Other 1/2 of sugar sprinkled on top of the loaf once poured into pans. Instead of mixing the walnuts in I put them on top of batter with the sugar mixture. They rose perfectly and tasted fabulous. Definitely a keeper!
