Great recipe! I always follow the recipe and use half of the cookie dough and freeze the other half for later.

Easy Granola Bars
Easy to make and good to eat. I followed others suggestions on cooling. I did not let them cool in the pan, after taking them out of the oven I cut them with a rolling pizza slicer and turned over on a cooling rack using aluminum foil. They came out perfect.
