Pina Colada Muffins
Everyone loved this. I made as a cake in a bundt pan and cooked it for 30 min. The next time I'll add bigger chunks of pineapple for a more authentic flavor.

BAKER'S ONE BOWL Macaroons
It took me 4 days to find this receipe. The are so simple and so good. I drizzled chocolate (dark&white). They looked great and tasted even better.

Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
I wanted it even lighter than the last reviewer, so I added a can of plum tomatoes and 3/4 cups of mushrooms for a meater flavor. I cut down the cream to 1/2cup. I put it on penne and the whole family loved it. I will definately make it again.
