Bread Pudding II

Hands Down...THE BEST!!! If you are making this dish for an event I would recommend that you hide it from yourself as soon as it's out of the oven. Yes, it's that good.

Mushrooms in White Wine Sauce

I was looking for something easy to cook on a Friday after a long week of work. This was good with pasta. I added a little slice of lemon on the top as a finishing touch.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Great Recipe!!! I cubed the chicken breat and I also added onions and some white wine. I didn't have Thyme or a Bay Leaf so I used oregano and basil and it was delish over some fresh al dente spiral pasta.
