Aaahh! Potato Soup

Really yummy! I got a deal on chicken hot dogs for $1.50 a pkg so I added 4 dogs, chopped up, instead of salt pork or bacon and added extra salt. Kids LOVED it. Will make again with bacon and/or salt port - whatever's on sale.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Only thing I'd suggest is that you mix the dry spices with the cake mix before adding the puree to make sure they are evenly mixed. I didn't have cloves so I substituted allspice and still LOVED the muffins! This is a keeper!

Lemonade Pie V

Kids loved this one. I substituted an oreo cookie crust. I had extra filling so I just refroze it and the kids scooped it just like a carton of ice-cream. I'm going to try this with lime aid next.

Baked Tofu Bites

OMG!!!!! Even I can do this one! Skipped the liquid smoke just 'cause never thrilled with that taste, and was out of hot sauce; but will add on the next round! Used low sodium soy and didn't nead to add salt. Biggest seller, my 9 year old carnivor loved it and he HATES EVERYTHING!

Scalloped Corn

My 8 & 11 year olds asked for seconds on this one! They like it as a left over cold snack too! I cooked it just a little longer because we like the top to be brown and with a crispy crust.

Bar Harbor Cranberry Pie

Really yummy, especially still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! The pie did bubble over just a tad so you may want to put a cookie sheet on rack below.
