Guinness® and Chocolate Cheesecake

OMG AMAZING!!! Tasted better than Cheesecake Factory! I used a chocolate double stout as opposed to Guinness, it was fantastic!!

Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese

This was great. The only thing was we had to add a little extra Franks to each serving after it was finished because we felt that flavor didn't really standout. Maybe we just like more buffalo sauce taste than normal.

Roast Goose with Port Gravy

This was absolutely delicious! Had to add a little cornstarch to the dressing ebcause it wasn't as think as we liked it, but overall this was the perfect dish. The goose was nice and tender, not dry at all.

These were great. Followed the recipe almost exactly but I added applesauce in place of the oil. also, I added some dark chocolate chips to the mix. SO GOOD!!

This recipe was great. I only used about half of the amount of sugar the recipe called for because I ran out and it was still tasty. I actually feel like doubling the sugar may have made it too sweet and it never hurts the waistline to use less sugar.

Peach Cobbler VI

BEST COBBLER EVER!!! I love when the cobbler is more cakey than flakey and this one is just perfect. My husband, who doesn't like cobbler, even loved it. Made this for Easter dessert with a little vanilla ice cream and there was none left.
