This is a family favorite. a bit of work however the rewards are oh so good. If you don't mind a bit of time it is well worth the wait.

Excellent recipie on it's own however i did fry up 6 slices of bacon and used the bacon grease instead of olive oil. I also cheated and used a can of spicy red pepper tomatoes (aylmers) and dropped the cumin. This is in the rotation and requested almost every week. Left overs are zipped up by adding cubed cooked chicken and you have yet another fantastic meal. Alanasmom thank you so much for such a versatile recipie that is well loved
