I'm 19 and I love cooking & baking. I love baking and making anything tasty. We eat a lot of takeout but when we're not eating out, it's either chinese dish or some type of chicken dish (sweet soy sauce YUM!!, honey mustard, roasted, salt crusted) First time making tiramisu and chicken marsala was a huge success and a huge cooking-ego boost as well :) Back in high school I used to make chocolate chip cookies many many times and each time the cookies had a "buttery/oily" taste and smell. One day, I realized after baking it with unsalted butter for the first time that the taste was from my salted margarine.
