Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: May 12, 2010
This marinade is great! Be sure to use fresh rosemary (I made it with dried and fresh and the fresh is definately better!) I also tried it with the buttermilk ranch and the regular ranch and I prefer the regular ranch. I also added 3 cloves of garlic and marinated it overnight I cut the worchestershire sauce in half the second time I made it I felt the salt dried it out when marinated overnight I also did not add the sugar the second time it caramalized too much on the grill Everyone gobbled these up on mother's day and everyone asked for the recipe

Holiday Pepper Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2006
I LOVE this recipe! I couldn't stop eating it. I left out the olives because my husband doesn't like them and I added a lot more green onions and more hot pepper cheese. I found I also like this dip better warm so I seved it in a fondue pot and it is awesome!

Raspberry Trifle

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2005
Everyone raved about this, but I slightly changed it. I used cool whip and I made a yellow cake. I mixed together 1/2 cup boiling water with 1 packet(3 oz) of raspberry jello, and 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam and spread it onto the cake with a pastry brush than cake than I cut it into cubes. I used fresh raspberries from my garden and mixed in a few strawberries. Makes a lot Yummmmm!

These are to die for!! My husband and I had the whole batch for dinner! I will definitely make these again, but I would use less butter in the pastry next time.

Joy's Prizewinning Trifle

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2000
This was awesome! I made a few changes in the topping-I doubled the pudding and added 16 oz of cool whip, but left the sour cream at 8 oz. I also made a yellow cake mix and left out the bananas. I brought this for thanksgiving and it was gone! My family could eat this everyday!
