About this Cook
Well, hmm I'm 21 years old. I learned to cook from my mother and grandmother. When I'm not cooking, I enjoy playing my guitar and drawing
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook mostly ethnic foods. I enjoy making Japanese, Swedish, Italian, and Puerto Rican dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We make lots of ethnic dishes. My family is mostly Puerto Rican and Italian. And during the holiday season, we make lots of pies and cookies
My cooking triumphs
I made the best spaghetti sauce ever. My whole family loved it! And they love my chili :)
My cooking tragedies
Hehe, I tried to make flan once and I burnt the sugar that goes on top :P

Double Chocolate Biscotti
Excellent recipe!! Thank you very much. My grandma gave me some white chocolate, and I had nothing to do with it (not much of a fan of white choc.) But it tastes wonderful in this recipe. The flavour is just wonderful. Great with a cup of coffee :)
