Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles
This was very quick, easy and tasteful. I possibly would have given it 4 stars, because I would not consider it restaurant quality, but my kids LOVED it, which doesn't happen often. Oh - and I used bow tie pasta instead of noodles, cooked them separate, and added them 3/4 of the way through doneness. They were great in it.

Gingered Pepper Steak
I have made this recipe twice now, the first time exactly as directed, and the second time (for company) using leftover steak and pork - and both times, my family (and company) RAVED! The only change I would make is to double the sauce, in hopes of having some left over. Otherwise, we all love it!

No Bake Cookies V
For a no bake cookie that is so easy to make, that also causes my kids to rave about it - I just must give it 5 stars. I agree that it has more of a fudge-like consistency, but who could complain about yummy fudge like cookies that don't require baking, and very little work! I can't wait to try this recipe out with other family members.
