Buttermilk Pancakes II
We change the portion to 4 people and that is perfect for me and my husband. We continue to have a problem with the thickness and cook time. I think it is my stove top...in order to get it to cook all the way through, it nearly blackens on the outside...I have added a little more milk at times to thin it and that helped but then they weren't as fluffy. The flavor is great though and we plan to keep trying until we find the right temperature for cooking!

Real Hummus
I have made this a few times and am always asked for the recipe. Personally I find it too garlicky sometimes but I definitely blame it on the garlic that I have on hand. Now I make it with one clove, taste and add more if needed. Thanks for such a great recipe

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
I halved this recipe and left out the walnuts. I used it in a pan...definitely didn't take an hour, more like 45 minutes. I got distracted and it was burnt on top! (took it out at one hour exactly) Maybe it was my oven. Good taste, will try it again but not as moist as I had hoped for...likely due to over cooking. Next time I will watch it closer and maybe put foil in the top towards the end to avoid blackened top...
