I love to cook I have a hubby but no kids so I am interested in everything since my husband is really open-minded. I don't have a preference I really enjoy experimenting with foods. In a Jamaican household Sunday is Rice and Peas and chicken day (redbeans and rice with chicken and gravy). I still don't make it from scatch though. I recently started baking and I am really enjoying it. I made great rhubarb muffins that tasted just like the ones I get from the bakery by my work. I forgot to put sugar in a banana bread recipe a few months ago. It was awful!
