Spinach and Blue Cheese Soup
This was a tasty soup. Just to make it easier, I did not puree it and completely omitted the cream, and it was just as good.

Apple Cole Slaw
A tasty different take on coleslaw. Try this one on kids that don't like traditional slaw, it's mild and sweet.

Hot Tortellini Salad
Quick, easy, delicious AND kid-friendly? That's why I gave it 5 stars. My daughter's not a big fan of ham, so I dice slami in hers instead.
